I am passionate about people knowing their worth is innate (you're born with it). It's not something to be gained or lost based on circumstances! If you struggle with healthy boundaries, can't say "no", make yourself small, get stuck in comparison or don't have a voice, I believe I can help you.
I use a person-centered modality in concert with other evidence based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Somatic practice, Solution focused and Emotional Freedom Technique. As each individual has different needs, it is important to offer a tailored approach. I strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels cared for and supported.
