We offer in-person sessions at our Fullerton Office. 


We also offer Telehealth through a HIPAA compliant program. You can meet safely in your home or car for privacy. 


We are considered in network and able to accept Aetna and Cigna insurances.


If you have an insurance we do not accept, a Super bill may be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance for possible out of network reimbursement.


Individual 50 minutes=$200

Couples 50 minutes=$250


Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance in writing. Email carmen@gentlehousewellness.com.


Late cancelations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be charged $75.



Pay by credit card, check or Zelle.


Privacy Policy


At Gentle House Wellness, we are committed to safeguarding your personal and sensitive information. This Privacy Practices Statement outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with California law and relevant privacy standards, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).


We collect two types of information from visitors and clients:

  • Health Information: As a healthcare provider, we may collect health-related information during therapy sessions, which is protected under HIPAA.

  • To provide therapeutic services.
     
  • To manage appointments and client records.
     
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
     
  • To communicate with you about your sessions and any administrative matters related to your care.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal or health information with third parties, except:

  • As Required by Law: We may disclose information if required by law, including in response to a subpoena or other legal process.
     
  • For Emergency Situations: We may disclose information if there is an emergency that involves the safety of you or others.
     
  • Business Associates: If we work with trusted third parties to assist in providing services (e.g., payment processors), we ensure they follow privacy practices that comply with HIPAA and CCPA.


We take the security of your information seriously and use industry-standard measures to protect your personal and health data. These measures include encryption, secure storage, and controlled access to information.


  • Access and Correction: You have the right to request access to your personal and health information and request corrections to inaccurate data.
     
  • Data Deletion: Under CCPA, California residents have the right to request the deletion of their personal information. Please note that in certain situations, we may be required to retain certain records for legal or ethical reasons.
     
  • Opt-out: If you no longer wish to receive communications from us (e.g., newsletters or reminders), you may opt out at any time.
     
  • Right to Know: California residents have the right to request the specific personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months.
     
  • Right to Delete: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., legal obligations or retention for health records).
     
  • Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights under the CCPA.

We retain client health and personal information for the duration of our therapeutic relationship and in accordance with legal, professional, and ethical obligations, typically for a minimum of 7 years for adult clients.
