A space where your faith and your emotional well-being can both have a place.
Your faith may be an important part of who you are.
And sometimes, faith and emotional health can feel complicated.
You don't have to hide those parts of yourself in therapy.
For clients who want it, I offer a faith-integrated approach that allows Christian beliefs and spirituality to be part of the therapeutic conversation.
This doesn't mean every session has to be about faith.
It means your faith doesn't have to be left at the door.
We can explore how your beliefs, values, relationships, experiences, and emotional health intersect.

Sometimes the beliefs that are intended to bring comfort can become tangled with fear, perfectionism, or shame.
Therapy can provide a safe place to untangle those experiences.
Seeking therapy doesn't mean your faith isn't strong enough.
And therapy doesn't require you to give up the values that matter to you.
For some clients, integrating faith into therapy creates an opportunity to explore healing in a way that feels more whole and authentic.
For others, faith may simply be one part of their story that they want their therapist to understand.
We can make room for where you are.

Christian-based therapy is available for clients who specifically want faith integrated into their work.
If you're ready for support, I'd be happy to connect with you and see whether therapy with Gentle House Wellness may be a good fit.
